UCAC Annual Meeting Person of the Year

Bill Garrity of Garrity Asphalt Reclaiming Inc. was honored as the 2008 UCAC Person of the Year at the Annual Meeting Dinner Dance on May 2nd. Bill was taken by surprise, especially when more than 25 of his fans, including his daughters Kelly and Casey, and son Brian joined the festivities. Congratulations Bill.
