OSHA SURVEY - HELP NEEDED:
AGC of
America is conducting an economic survey over the next few weeks to determine the impact of compliance costs
for contractors on the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) notice for proposed rulemaking
(NPRM) on confined space in construction. If enacted in its present form, this rule will create significant
training, personnel and compliance costs for all sectors of the construction industry.
It is critical that AGC members weigh in on this survey!
If we don?t get enough data to contradict OSHA?s costs estimates this
proposed will affect your bottom line!
If you are
not familiar with this issue please visit the AGC website for information on the proposed rule and AGC?s
