The AGC of CT is pleased to present the 2014 Management Training Calendar, [Print Version] featuring programs and training in conjunction with the Associated General Contractors of America’s management training curriculum.
LEAN Construction challenges all project stakeholders to develop and apply better ways to manage the overall construction process.
AGC’s LEAN Construction Education Program was created to develop the tools needed to build lean by the AGC of America; it provides training so that construction professionals at all experience levels will learn the building blocks necessary to transform their projects and companies into a lean operating system.
LEAN Unit 1: Variation in Production Systems

Supervisory Training Program - The AGC of America STP curriculum is activity-based, with discussions, case histories, problems and exercises. Participants in STP courses draw upon their field experience and learn by interaction with others from all areas of the construction industry.

AGC of America's Building Information Modeling (BIM) Education Program has been developed in conjunction with leading BIM practitioners, technology firms and educators, and is designed to prepare construction professionals at all experience levels to successfully implement BIM on a construction project. A recently added feature of the BIM Education program is that successful completion of each BIM unit earns 8 hours of Green Building Certificate Institute (GBCI) Continuing Education Credits. GBCI administers the LEED certificate program.
