On November 6th, the CT Road Builders and CTDOT presented the Arthur W. Gruhn Excellence in Construction Awards. Eleven projects were selected as winners and awards were given to the contractor, designer of record, and to the CTDOT district. Also, special recognition was given to John S. Dunham, P.E.
