CAAPA CELEBRATED the 2025 Asphalt Paving Award winners at the Annual Paving Conference at the Aqua Turf Club on Friday, April 10, 2026. 

Eight projects selected across the following categories: Limited Access Roadway (2), Unlimited Access Roadway (3), Municipal Project (1), and Special Project (2).

Event Highlights

Awards were presented to All States Construction, Inc.; A&J Construction; B&W Paving & Landscaping; Black & Boucher LLC; Donegal Construction; Galasso Materials, LLC; Garrity Asphalt Reclaiming, Inc.; Guerrera Construction Co., Inc.; Killingly Asphalt Products LLC; O&G Industries, Inc.; Peckham Industries, Inc.; Rafferty Fine Grading, Inc.; Tilcon Connecticut, Inc.; Waters Construction Co., Inc.; and Yonkers Contracting Company. Additional awards were presented to CTDOT Districts and the Town of Mansfield.

Brad Oneglia of O&G Industries, Inc., received special recognition for his ten years of service as CAAPA President. Ryan Wall of Tilcon CT was announced as the new president.

Guest speaker Mitch Baldwin, Director of Government Affairs at the National Asphalt Paving Association, discussed NAPA activities and the reauthorization of the Surface Transportation Bill.
