STP - Supervising Training Program

Supervisory Training Program (STP) is a construction-specific training curriculum developed, updated, and field-tested by and for contractors. There are 6 Units to complete covering Leadership & Motivation, Communication, Planning & Scheduling, Contract Documents, Improving Productivity and Managing Project Costs, and Risk Management & Problem Solving. 

The comprehensive 6-course program focuses on the knowledge and skills that every supervisor must have to be an effective manager of people, time, equipment and materials.

  • This course will cover the roles and responsibilities of a construction supervisor in accident prevention and loss control. View the Course Flyer for additional details.
